Careers

We are building the consultancy we always wanted to work for. Collaborative, fast-moving, on its way to being the most trusted and loved in the market. If you want to help build it, do work that matters and have fun doing it, you are in the right place.
Why Seven Street?

We're a team doing work that matters, at leading organisations in sectors including Life Sciences, Financial Services and Retail.

Our clients bring us in when the brief is hard, the stakes are high, and they need partners who will work closely with them to make sure change is successful.

Our people join us for three things you won’t always find elsewhere:

1. Work that actually changes things for our clients, and challenges our people. We don’t just write decks and leave; we embed, deliver and stay accountable for outcomes – meaning you’re consistently learning in a client-centred environment.

2. A chance to work in a collaborative team where everyone’s voice is heard and we welcome new perspectives. Everyone is ambitious and we believe collaboration is key to both individual and collective success.

3. Room to shape the firm: we’re growing, and the people who join will help define how Seven Street grows.

Our Values

We're true believers of living and showcasing our values. See below to get a sense of what we stand for.

Camaraderie

Enjoying the Journey:
Great work comes from great teams. We bring energy, positivity and passion to everything we do, spreading enthusiasm to those around us.

Engaging with Others:
We build relationships that matter. Our people bring warmth, empathy, and curiosity – without ego. We remain approachable, collaborative and engaged.

Tenacity

Our results are our reputation. We bring drive, determination, and focus to every challenge. We do what it takes to overcome obstacles and bring proactive solutions.

Empowerment

Empowerment starts with trust. We foster a culture where people feel supported to take the initiative, step outside their comfort zones and keep learning without fear of failure. By collaborating openly and acting with integrity, we create the autonomy that drives better experiences, stronger partnerships, and lasting impact.

Pragmatism

We keep things simple, cut through unnecessary process and focus on what really matters. We balance practicality with creativity, knowing when “rough and ready” is enough and when polish adds real value. Our goal is always impact, delivered efficiently and effectively.

"It's rare to work somewhere where you're shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership from day one, and the learning and exposure that brought me has been immense. The most exciting part is that the firm is still being shaped, and I get to have genuine input into building it into a place we all love to work."

How we work

How we work matters to us as much as what we deliver, and we hope it will matter to you too. We build authentic relationships with our clients, and internally we ensure enough time and space is created to enjoy being a team.

We work in small, senior-led teams, to solve our clients’ challenges. We typically work side-by-side with the client – we don’t advise from the sidelines. We don’t have an unnecessary hierarchy, which means you will have access to all levels of the firm, including the Partners. We want our people to have opinions and to voice them when they think there is a better way of doing things.

Inside the firm, we are constantly working on improving the way we do things for our clients and our people. Be it understanding how we use AI to create a PMO of the future, or how we can create more engaging marketing for our audience. There’s always a challenge to be solved and our people embrace this with positivity and creativity.

We meet often enough to stay close as a team – connection is important to us. We have quarterly offsites and monthly team meetings where our people shape the agenda and everyone contributes. We combine these with regular socials – whether that is a drink in one of our office locals or a game of pétanque.

"We are building a firm that we are proud of – where we do our best work for our clients. We are keen to hire, support and reward the best talent possible to enable that, helping those individuals to be the best possible consultants along the way."
Ashley Shakibai Managing Partner
Who thrives here

We hire people with existing consulting experience who have a drive to learn, improve and deliver brilliant work for our clients. We look for people who want to solve problems (rather than being given the answer), who enjoy building relationships with others and working in a team.

Experienced hires typically come from large established consultancies or other boutique consultancies. They tell us they’re looking for a place where they can grow their career, more end-to-end ownership of outcomes, and a firm where their voice shapes the agenda rather than being lost in it.

We’re a firm that values feedback, including upward feedback. We see feedback as an essential tool to learn and grow. So expect regular feedback that helps you develop and shape your career.

Current opportunities

We are currently recruiting for the following roles.

All our roles are UK based and hybrid, we have a head office in London Bridge. Candidates must hold the legal right to work in the UK.

Manager

Managers are at the heart of our client delivery; the people clients trust to take a complex brief, shape it, and deliver it. You’ll lead sizeable workstreams or projects end-to-end, develop the people around you, and start to build the client relationships and Business Development instincts to become our future senior leaders. Our work spans transformation, change and leadership, and you may be starting to specialise in one of these capabilities (or already be a specialist). At this stage in our journey, we are seeking people who can flex across our capabilities as client needs evolve.

You will…

  • Own delivery of sizeable workstreams or projects, with some oversight from a senior leader or Partner.
  • Establish and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted deliverer with emerging advisory input.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, allocating workstreams, delegating with clear direction, reviewing work, and coaching.
  • Start building a BD track record, identifying expansion opportunities with existing clients, and contributing to bids and thought leadership.

You are…

  • An experienced consultant (typically 6+ years’ experience) who combines strong execution with emerging strategic input, comfortable and confident running engagements end-to-end.
  • A team leader: you delegate with clarity and actively develop people through coaching and feedback.
  • Commercially aware, surfacing extensions, supporting bids, building a network you proactively maintain.
  • Confident with senior clients: you manage stakeholder expectations, lead structured conversations, and are starting to shape, not just respond to, client thinking.
  • A future leader of Seven Street who role models our four values (Camaraderie, Empowerment, Tenacity and Pragmatism), energised to help us build the business alongside client delivery.

Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants are confident, independent operators. You’ll run a full project or workstream with light-touch oversight, coach junior colleagues, and start to deepen your specialisms. Our work spans transformation, change and leadership, and you may be starting to specialise in one of these capabilities (or already be a specialist). At this stage in our journey, we are seeking people who can flex across our capabilities as client needs evolve.

You will…

  • Own delivery of a full project or workstream with light-touch oversight from the engagement lead.
  • Plan workstream activities, coordinate contributions from others, and proactively manage risks and dependencies across your area.
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day client stakeholders and lead client conversations on your workstream, operating independently and confidently.
  • Review the work of junior grades, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate sections of workshops or client meetings.
  • Contribute to BD through strong delivery, feeding back client priorities, supporting bids and thought leadership.

You are…

  • An execution-focused operator (typically 4–6 years’ consulting experience).
  • A confident communicator who leads client conversations, facilitates effectively, and adapts your style to different stakeholders.
  • An emerging team leader, you review junior work to a higher standard, give constructive feedback, and visibly develop others alongside your own delivery.
  • Inquisitive with a learning mindset, ready to adapt to new challenges.
  • Building a point of view on where you specialise, deepening capability or sector expertise, and growing a small but active external network, you can leverage.
  • Self-aware and reliable: open to feedback, dependable on internal commitments, and a visible custodian of Seven Street’s four values (Camaraderie, Empowerment, Tenacity and Pragmatism).

Consultant

Consultants are the trusted deliverers of our project teams, proactive, dependable, and quick to build credibility with clients. You’ll own discrete tasks and small workstreams under guidance, hone the core consulting skills that underpin everything we do, and start to build the network and reputation that will carry you through your career. Our work spans transformation and change, and we look for people who can flex across both as client needs evolve.

You will…

  • Manage delivery of discrete tasks or small workstreams under guidance, producing your own deliverables to a high quality with coaching and support from those around you.
  • Build positive working relationships with the client team and become known as a trusted deliverer; speak with clients independently and with confidence.
  • Proactively anticipate team and engagement-lead needs, recommend next steps, and identify and communicate risks early.
  • Present ideas effectively and adapt style to your audience; analyse and present data clearly to support proposed solutions.

You are…

  • A driven consultant (typically 2–4 years’ experience) with the confidence to operate independently and the judgement to ask for input when it counts.
  • Proactive and dependable, you anticipate what the team needs next, flag risks early, and consistently land work to deadline and to a high standard.
  • Inquisitive with a learning mindset, ready to adapt to new challenges.
  • A sharp, credible communicator: you listen well, ask the right questions, and present ideas in a way that resonates with both clients and colleagues.
  • Coachable, ambitious, and team-first, grounded in Seven Street’s four values (Camaraderie, Empowerment, Tenacity and Pragmatism) and energised by being part of a firm where you can help build the business.
