About
At Seven Street, his role is twofold. He works with senior leaders to help their organisation realise lasting value from data and AI: building the right foundations, designing governance that actually works, and leading the complex programmes that turn strategy into results. Internally, he is driving Seven Street’s ambition to become a genuinely AI-native firm, designing around AI commercially, culturally and operationally rather than simply layering it onto existing ways of working.
James brings over a decade of experience spanning data and AI strategy, operating model design, programme management and post-merger integration. He is a certified Data Management Professional (DAMA) and holds CIMA CBA, PRINCE2 and SAFe qualifications, and is a graduate of the Google Digital Academy.
Beyond consulting, James has founded and run two profitable businesses in the men’s cosmetics and apparel space, and serves as a Trustee of the Sternians Trust Fund, an educational charity managing a significant endowment to support children’s schooling.
